How We Work (From Tech Pack to Shipment)
The sourcing process
1) Fast Quote (24–48h)
Send: tech pack / reference photos or sample, target quantity, delivery date, and destination market.
We reply within 24–48 hours with: MOQ guidance (typically 50–100 pcs, style-dependent), costing range, lead time, and key risk notes (fabric, workmanship, fit, shrinkage, etc.).
2) Sampling & Pre-Production Approval
We develop samples and confirm: fit, fabric hand-feel, construction, trims, colors, and packaging.
Once approved, we issue a Production Confirmation Sheet (BOM + measurements + workmanship + packaging) to lock standards for bulk production.
3) Bulk Production Management & QC
Bulk is produced to the approved confirmation sheet with 4 checkpoints:
incoming inspection → in-line QC → partner-process re-check (if any) → final inspection & ship-release.
Third-party inspection available (inline/final/loading).
4) Packing, Shipping & Documents
We pack to your brand standards, coordinate shipment with your forwarder, and provide shipment-ready details such as:
packing list, carton marks, carton breakdown, carton measurements/weight, and other export documents as required.

We inspect at key checkpoints and finalize to your AQL/standard—reports ready before shipment release

We pack to your brand standard and support documents & shipment coordination with your forwarder or ours.
